MBA- Not mandatory/Preference will be given if aspirant is having MBA degree/diploma

Job Description:

Incumbents should be Engineering graduates with at least 6 to 12 years exp. in technical sales of high performance specialty lubricants or allied products to steel,automobile,food and other engineering segments.Candidates with strong application background in these sectors will also be considered.

Exp.- Min 5-6 Yrs. of experience in the Industrial Segment & Atleast 3-4 yrs in the Lubricant Industry for marketing Industrial Lubricants & MWF products/Neat Cutting Oils

Should have relevant exp. in the Industrial locations where the candidate is based out/Know

the customer base/market/competition/key people in the Industry at different functions etc. Should have 4-5 exp. In Direct/Key Account management/Business Development for promoting the Industrial lubricants

Should have 2-3 yrs. of exp. In distributor management for marketing Industrial lubricants & managing the secondary sales & having strong relationship with the end users Good knowledge of Industrial lubricants & having inclination for conducting the trials & demonstrating the techno-commercial value to the end user Should have problem solving aptitude for giving solution to the customer

Skills: Team work, Pro-active approach, Effective Written & Verbal communication, Result Oriented, Committed to work, Strong customer oriented approach & building relationship with the customers, Ability to resolve customer problems in a timely & effective manner
